We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Procurement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in the procurement process, from planning to execution, and will ensure that goods and services are procured in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
The Assistant Procurement Officer will work closely with various departments to identify procurement needs, develop tender documents, and evaluate bids.

Requirements
Key qualifications include:
- A Bachelor's degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of procurement laws and regulations in Kenya.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Certification in procurement, such as CIPS or CPSM, is an added advantage.
